ADRIAN CHENG

Adrian Cheng has been CIO of Square APE Limited since its inception in 2019. In this capacity, Adrian oversees the property portfolio as well as the investment strategy of future nationwide acquisitions of the fund.
Adrian also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property sector. Prior to joining Square Ape, he was Portfolio Manager at PT Holdings that functions the investment, trading and management of a sizeable property collection in the UK. Before that, he was an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong.
KASARIN CHAKKAPHAK

Kasarin Chakkaphak has been with Square APE Limited since its inception in 2019 and has played a key role in the formation and structuring the Company. In her role as COO, Kasarin oversees the operations and the finance of Square APE Limited. Kasarin brings extensive experience in property asset management from her time at Square Bay (Property) Limited where continues to hold the role of Financial Controller. Prior to this, Kasarin was an investment analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management Asia.
