The Company invests in properties the Board believes will generate long-term income growth and capital for shareholders based on analysis of the asset’s location and sector, tenant covenant strength, lease strength and the prospect for future redevelopment.
GROWTH
Over and above the selection criteria, the property yield will depend on market adjustments and market rate movements, and capital growth achieved through active management of the properties and refurbishments.
